Complete T-Booster Review 2024 | Efficacy, Alternatives & WARNINGS

Complete T-Booster showed up on my radar due to its to-the-point approach and focused benefits. Here’s how it stacked up against more well-known alternatives I’ve reviewed like TestoPrime and Testo-Max.

What is Complete T-Booster?

Complete T-Boosters is primarily focused on returning your testosterone levels back to normal. It also aims to regulate factors connected to T levels — like fertility and libido. 

However, the first thing I noticed is that the company behind this supplement — Bulk — doesn’t even feature Complete T-Booster on the homepage of its website. I had to dig deeper to even find this T booster — this does not inspire confidence and is not a good first impression.

That said, I do appreciate that the most abundant ingredient in this testosterone-boosting supplement is D-Aspartic Acid (DAA). Regular DAA supplementation can boost your testosterone levels by as much as 42%. The more surprising thing is that this massive increase can occur after just 12 days of DAA intake.

We will take a closer look at its active ingredients and uncover the benefits it offers.

Ingredients

Staying true to its straightforward nature, Complete T-Booster features only three active ingredients in its formula. These include:

D-Aspartic Acid — 3000 mg

As I just mentioned, D-Aspartic Acid is exceptionally effective at increasing testosterone levels in a short amount of time. This is possible because DAA intake increases the production and secretion of luteinizing hormone. These hormones are a key component in testosterone production and their increased concentration signals your testes to produce testosterone at a faster rate. 

Its effectiveness is also why D-Aspartic Acid is the most abundant ingredient in proven T boosters we trust — like TestoPrime

Tribulus Terrestris extract — 1500 mg

Tribulus Terrestris is often included in supplements like Complete T-Booster under the assumption that it can increase testosterone production. Unfortunately, modern scientific evidence shows that this belief has no basis in reality.

A 2014 study showed how Tribulus Terrestris supplementation can increase testosterone reproduction in animals. But, the same study also reported that these results are not present in human test subjects. A later 2015 review expanded on these findings and concluded that this herb is ineffective at raising testosterone levels.

Suffice it to say, the scientific evidence surrounding this herb is inconclusive at best — making its inclusion in Complete T-Booster questionable for me.

Zinc Monomethionine — 150 mg

Zinc plays a larger role in regulating your testosterone levels than you might think. A 1996 study tested the impact of a low Zinc diet on T levels. It concluded that Zinc deficiency can lower your testosterone levels by as much as 75% after 20 weeks. Fortunately, the same study also observed that T levels increased by 50% in men who consumed a balanced amount of Zinc for six months. 

However, an important point I'd like to mention here is that the recommended daily value (DV) for Zinc is about 11 mg for a healthy adult. This is why a well-known T booster like Testo-Max includes a safe 10 mg of Zinc in its formula. 

In comparison, the 150 mg of Zinc Monomethionine equates to 30 mg of Zinc, which is about 300% of the DV. This much Zinc is not overly toxic but it can still lead to issues like nausea, vomiting, and indigestion for some users.

What we didn't find

The biggest thing that I feel is missing from Complete T-Booster is its scope. It is extremely focused on just boosting testosterone levels with its minimalistic blend of just three ingredients, which is great. But, having to take six capsules daily for one primary benefit makes this supplement less desirable. 

This is especially true when we compare it to options like Testogen which has a daily dose of four capsules. Yet, it provides a number of additional benefits including faster weight loss, improved mood, higher energy, and increased workout performance.

Among the ingredients Complete T-Booster has, one of them — Tribulus Terrestris — doesn’t have any conclusive scientific evidence for its benefits. The complete lack of information on Bulk’s website regarding the purpose of each ingredient doesn’t help the matter either. This also makes it difficult for me to figure out the effectiveness of the supplement as a whole.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Its cellulose capsule makes it suitable for vegans and vegetarians;
  • Can raise your T levels quickly with its most abundant ingredient;
  • Its Zinc content can restore low T caused by Zinc deficiency;
  • Has an indirect positive impact on libido and fertility;
  • Its gluten-free formula makes it safe for folks with Coeliac disease.

Cons

  • Its second most abundant ingredient lacks definitive scientific evidence;
  • Its large dose of six capsules daily can cause stomach issues;
  • Can cause nausea and vomiting due to its high Zinc content.

Side Effects

Bulk does not provide any information regarding the safety of its Complete T-Booster supplement. But, from our analysis of its composition, it can have some potential side effects.

Both D-Aspartic Acid and Tribulus Terrestris are relatively safe on their own and don’t have any recurring side effects. Zinc, on the other hand, is a different story. 

The absolute max limit of daily zinc consumption is 40 mg. This is why the 30 mg of Zinc in Complete T-Booster is not guaranteed to have side effects for everyone. But, different people have varying tolerances for each substance, so some Complete T-Booster users will likely have to deal with stomach issues.

If you do experience any side effects, we recommend you stop using the supplement immediately. If these adverse effects don’t go away within about a day, consult your doctor as soon as you can.

Top Alternatives

If you’re looking for a testosterone booster that raises T levels quickly, but also provides a number of other benefits, check out TestoPrime, Testogen, and Testo-Max. All three of these have D-Aspartic Acid as their most abundant ingredient to restore your T levels in a short time. In addition to that, each of them also provides some unique benefits. Final Thoughts

Complete T-Booster is a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, it includes a large dose of D-Aspartic Acid which is one of the most effective T-boosting substances out there. This allows this supplement to raise its user’s T levels rather quickly. But on the other hand, boosting testosterone levels is all this supplement is formulated for. 

So, if you just want to restore your constantly declining testosterone levels, Complete T-Booster can be a solid choice for you. But, if you want additional benefits like improved workout performance or enhanced mood, I recommend looking into the alternative T boosters I’ve mentioned above.
