Xwerks Rise Review 2024 | Benefits, Alternatives & WARNINGS

Xwerks Rise caught our attention due to its claim of offering a balanced blend of ingredients. Is it true though? Well, I investigated this product thoroughly, from its formulation to its potential effects, to help you understand whether it lives up to its promise or not.

Let's dive into the details and uncover the truth about Xwerks Rise.

What is Xwerks Rise?

The primary purpose of Xwerks Rise is to target the root of the issue and return your testosterone levels back to normal. In addition to that, it also promises to boost your body's strength and overall vitality.

However, it's important to note that the dosage of the very minimalistic formula in Xwerks Rise is very poor, and its top ingredient, Tongkat Ali, is a problematic one. Tongkat Ali has a few important downsides that I'll explain below.

Tongkat Ali might be effective at restoring testosterone levels, but its efficacy may not be as fast as D-Aspartic Acid found in top-notch supplements like TestoPrime or Testogen, and the dosage is certainly low for it to claim such big benefits just from that. Furthermore, the potential issues associated with Tongkat Ali make it a questionable choice.

Xwerks is also very new to the scene with its oldest customer review from October of 2022, so the long-term performance of the product remains to be seen.

Ingredients

This supplement has a minimalistic formula with just five active ingredients in total. These include:

Tongkat Ali powder — 400 mg

Tongkat Ali, also known as Longjack, is a herb that has been found to increase serum and free testosterone levels. Several scientific studies have shown its effectiveness and safety.

However, in 2021, the European Food Safety Authority deemed Tongkat Ali unsafe due to potential long-term toxicity to cells and DNA. As a result, it is no longer used in many of the best supplements, despite its positive findings.

Shilajit extract — 250 mg

Shilajit extract offers similar testosterone-boosting benefits to Tongkat Ali, but on a longer time scale. Its effectiveness was best noted in a 2010 study involving infertile 35 men. The study evaluated the impact of daily 100 mg Shilajit supplements for 90 days. After this test period, most of these participants showed noticeably higher testosterone levels than they started with.

Zinc — 15 mg

Zinc is more important for the regulation of your testosterone levels than you might initially think. Its deficiency can cause a rapid decline in your testosterone levels. According to a 1996 study, consuming a low Zinc diet for 20 weeks can reduce testosterone concentration in your system by as much as 75%.

Fortunately, the same study also shows that increasing your Zinc intake with supplements or Zinc-rich foods can counteract its deficiency. This, in turn, reverses the symptoms of Zinc deficiency and restores your T levels back to normal.

Bioperine — 10 mg

I did not find any testosterone-related benefits of Bioprene, but it is still a valuable inclusion in Xwerks Rise. This is because Bioperine contains Piperine extract which can increase the bioavailability of other ingredients by as much as 200%. This is also why we see Piperine in most well-known T-boosting supplements like TestoPrime.

Boron — 6 mg

According to a 2010 study, Boron intake can reduce the amount of Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) by 9% just six hours after intake. This, in turn boosts T levels, since SHBG can lower testosterone levels by binding itself to free testosterone

One thing I’d like to point out here is that this study demonstrates the effectiveness of Boron with 11.6 mg supplements. This is almost double the 6 mg of Boron we found in Xwerks Rise. In comparison, Testo-Max contains 8 mg of Boron, which is much closer to the scientific evidence.

What we didn't find

Rise does have some positive aspects, but it falls short in several areas.

Tongkat Ali has a few downsides that should be considered. Firstly, its efficacy may not be as fast as other ingredients like D-Aspartic Acid (DAA). It is the most abundant ingredient in popular T boosters like TestoPrime and Testogen, and for a good reason. Regular D-Aspartic Acid consumption boosts the secretion of luteinizing hormone. This, in turn, signals your testes to produce more testosterone — raising T levels in your system. According to some studies, DAA can increase your testosterone levels by as much as 42% after just 12 days of intake.

Secondly, there are worries about the safety and potential long-term toxicity of Tongkat Ali, as shown by findings from the European Food Safety Authority in 2021.

Unfortunately, Xwerks Rise not only lacks a faster-acting ingredient like DAA, but it also relies heavily on Tongkat Ali, which raises concerns about its overall effectiveness and safety.

Rise is also missing an ingredient that directly backs its claim of increasing your vitality. Yes, low energy is a symptom of testosterone deficiency, and restoring your T levels would make you feel more energetic. But, the inclusion of an ingredient like Magnesium would’ve been ideal as it actively increases the energy output of your body.

While Rise does have some positive aspects and the potential to be effective in restoring testosterone levels, the slow results, reliance on a potentially problematic ingredient like Tongkat Ali, and the absence of vitalizing components raise doubts about its overall quality and performance.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Can raise your T levels in a month with Tongkat Ali;
  • Its dose of just one capsule a day is very convenient;
  • Can reduce the risk of infertility by increasing sperm count;
  • Its small list of ingredients makes it easier to trust;
  • The all-natural composition makes it safe for most.

Cons

  • Tongkat Ali is a problematic ingredient considered Non Safe by the EU
  • Its Gelatin capsule makes it unsuitable for vegans;
  • Lacks a fast-acting component like D-Aspartic Acid;
  • Doesn’t include an ingredient that directly backs its vitality claim.

Side Effects

After looking around on Xwerks’ website, I did not find any statement regarding the safety of the Rise testosterone-boosting supplement. That said, I don’t see any obviously problematic substances in its composition either.

However, this does not mean that Rise is perfectly safe for every user. Everyone has a different physiology that reacts differently to T-boosting supplements. So, we recommend you to practice caution when using Rise. If you experience any unintended side effects, stop using the supplement immediately and consult your doctor if the adverse effects persist after 24 hours.

Top Alternatives

If you’re hesitant to spend your time and money on a relatively unknown and potentially unsafe T-booster like Rise, we suggest checking out TestoPrime, Testogen, and Testo-Max. These three alternatives offer all the benefits of Xwerks Rise and more. Testogen and TestoPrime, for example, include ingredients like B Vitamins which improve your mood and motivation, and they also include high dosages of D-Aspartic acid, the top ingredient in testosterone boosters. Similarly, Testo-Max raises your T levels, but it also accelerates the progress toward your body shape goals.

The distinct features of these supplements are:

TestoPrime

Overall Rating: 5/5

- D-Aspartic acid provides a rapid increase in your testosterone levels.

- Reduces mental & physical stress.

- Increases your upper and lower body strength.

Testo-Max

Overall Rating: 4.7/5

- Boosts your stamina in the gym.

- Promises fast results in under two weeks.

- Increases the rate of muscle growth.

Testogen

Overall Rating: 4.6/5

- Boosts your libido and sexual performance.

- Has a safe, all-natural composition.

- Eliminates fatigue and boosts your energy levels.

Final Thoughts

After taking a good look at Xwerks Rise, I'm sorry to say that it's not one we can suggest for people wanting to boost their testosterone. The use of Tongkat Ali could or could not have bad consequences, and I am not prepared to recommend a product that can damage your DNA, so I will have to stay clear from it.

It's also a bit of a letdown that it has just a few ingredients and they're not in high amounts.

If you're looking for safer and effective testosterone boosters that can do more — like help lift your mood and speed up weight loss — don't forget to check out the other options we've mentioned above. I think you might find them more up your alley.
